Site Appraisal
This is a short meeting on site to gauge the amount of design and consultancy needed to complete the brief. There is no charge for the initial consultancy.
Fee Proposal
Upon completion of the site appraisal a fee proposal is prepared.
This is split into two stages.
1.Stage1- Concept design.
Concept design is the first draught based upon the client brief. It involves a further
site visit and a presentation meeting in office. This stage is accompanied with a CD
of images illustrating the concept.
2. Stage2 - Detailed design and documentation.
The concept plans are converted to CAD files and broken into detail sections and elevations depending upon the level of detail required. Lighting plans and construction detail is prepared for sub contractor and contractor pricing. Plant numbers sizes and positions are also refined. If required this stage provides relevant information for DA submissions.
